During this first online session, we’ll find out about how you like to run things in your club and what goals you expect to achieve with your investment. This way, we’ll be able to adapt to your needs from the start of implementation and provide you with the most personalized experience possible. Before this meeting, we emphasize that you come to this session with: 1. a launch date for the service, 2. who will be in charge of the implementation process and 3. your induction program for new members.

PERSONALIZED SESSION / SETUP

During this session, we’ll configure the main parameters of your software together and we’ll show you all the different configuration options so you’ll be able to handle it on your own. Furthermore, we’ll make use of this session and help you install your body composition scale and touchscreen kiosk. This way, you’ll be able to use your new program and devices from the start.
